Tiger Tribe Wholesale Website Terms of Use

Authorised Users

This Website is provided exclusively for approved wholesale customers of Tiger Tribe for viewing wholesale products and pricing, placing orders, accessing product information, marketing resources and managing wholesale accounts. It must not be used for any unlawful, unauthorised or fraudulent purpose.

Account Security

Login credentials may only be used by employees or authorised representatives of the approved wholesale account holder. They must not be shared with external parties or other businesses. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify Tiger Tribe immediately if your account is compromised.

Account Eligibility

Tiger Tribe may approve or decline wholesale account applications at its sole discretion and may suspend, restrict or terminate access where an account becomes inactive, these Terms are breached, login details are misused, payments remain overdue, unauthorised activity is suspected or continued access is no longer appropriate. Existing contractual obligations remain unaffected.

Availability of the Website

Access is provided as a convenience to approved wholesale customers. Tiger Tribe may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website for maintenance, upgrades, security or business reasons without prior notice and will not be liable for temporary unavailability except where required by law.

Confidential Information

Wholesale pricing, promotions, product launches and other business information are confidential and must not be disclosed outside your organisation except where necessary for normal business operations.

Website Information

Product availability, pricing, specifications, packaging and images may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Intellectual Property

All website content is owned by or licensed to Tiger Tribe. Approved wholesale customers may use marketing materials only to promote genuine Tiger Tribe products. Content must not otherwise be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

Marketing Resources

Product images, lifestyle photography, logos, videos, catalogues and other marketing resources are provided solely to assist approved wholesale customers in promoting genuine Tiger Tribe products. They must not be altered in a way that misrepresents the Tiger Tribe brand or used to promote products from another supplier. Tiger Tribe may update or withdraw these materials at any time.

Pricing and Orders

Wholesale pricing is confidential. Orders submitted through the Website are subject to acceptance, availability, credit approval where applicable and standard trading terms. Tiger Tribe may correct pricing errors, refuse orders or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Privacy

Use of the Website is also governed by the Tiger Tribe Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiger Tribe will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Website. Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, with disputes subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Tiger Tribe may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
